Profile
To qualify for the ING Talent Programme (ITP) you have a Master’s degree (or will do shortly) and you are a starter on the labour market with no more than two years’ work experience. We’re looking for people with a can-do mentality, a passion for teamwork and a focus on results. Every track also requires some specific skills about which you find more information at our website.
